Wellbeing, Values and Storytelling with Luke George

'Reduce your daily stress through storytelling.'
Everyday events happen that affect our stress levels and wellbeing. Some events are in our control, others aren't.
By controlling our reactions to these events, we can control our stress levels.
'The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.'
Join Positive Psychology Practitioner, Luke George, for a 60-minute exploration of strategies that reduce your stress by implementing easy well-being habits and alternate storytelling.
As a bonus, each participant will have free access to The Wellbeing Diagnostic (normally $85) which measures your wellbeing status.
Super insightful.

Week 4 - Thursday 30 June 2022, 10.00am (1.5 hours)
