Course overview

The Webinar Masterclass will be delivered over five sessions with each session running for approximately one hour.
The topics and dates of each Webinar session are:
29 Apr - Project Stakeholder Engagement
13 May - Project Solution Development
27 May - Project Team Effectiveness
10 Jun - Project Risk Management
24 June - Project Management Leadership

All sessions start at 10 am and run for approximately one hour.


Presenter

Dr Ross Yates is a project manager with extensive industry experience in the health care, not-for-profit, mining and education sectors which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching as lecturer in the Master of Project Management course at Edit Cowan University.
Ross is also a workplace Trainer and Assessor in the Advanced Diploma of Program Management and Diploma of Project Management courses. He holds tertiary qualifications in project and program management, business analysis, information technology, leadership, business and human resource management as well as higher education and workplace training.
