About the role:
We're in the unique position of being able to shape this role around the right person. Whether you're an experience HR business partner ready to take on complex challenges, or a driven HR administrator ready to grow - we're open.
Across the generalist spectrum, you'll have the opportunity to work in:
- Recruitment and selection
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employee records and HR information systems
- Learning and development
- Award interpretation and industrial instruments
- Performance management and appraisal systems
- Trainee, apprentice and cadet programs
- Disciplinary investigations and complex HR matters (for those with the experience)
Who we're looking for:
Above all, we want someone who:

- Has sound knowledge of HR practices with at least two years' experience in a similar role
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources are desirable, but we value the right attitude and real-world experience just as highly. Remuneration will be negotiated based on your skills and experience.
