Manager Environmental Sustainability - Shire of Mundaring

Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking to make a positive and lasting impact on the community through developing and delivering on sustainable environmental outcomes?

Someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the environment with the ability to convert technical knowledge into real community and organisational outcomes?

By contributing at a strategic level, you will help us set a sustainable pathway for our communities, oversee the delivery of key environmental initiatives and provide specialist advice on environment and sustainability matters. 

 As the Manager Environmental Sustainability, you will:

  • be an effective communicator who has highly developed consultation and negotiation skills
  • have a proven track record of providing both high quality customer service and excellent environmental outcomes
  • be tertiary qualified in environmental management or equivalent natural resource management
  • advocate and influence external and internal stakeholders to achieve the Community’s vision, ’The Place for Sustainable Living’.
