As we navigate the ever-changing Covid landscape and learn to live and work physically distanced from each other its more important than ever that we maintain and continue building new connections.
The South West Professional Development Forum will bring officers together for a shared learning experience featuring highly regarded keynote speakers and specialist sessions to provide upskilling and professional development opportunities but will of course be delivered in accordance with current regulations and health advice.
The forum program will provide sessions that are designed to inspire and motivate delegates encouraging them to take advantage of opportunities that arise and strive to continually advance their local government careers.
The forum also provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to develop relationships and network with colleagues in the Sector.
COVID-19 Vaccination Policy and Safety Protocols
In line with the WA Government's Safe Transition Plan, Stay Margaret River require all guests/visitors/delegates/speakers to be fully vaccinated (or have a valid medical exemption) upon entry to the venue.
All South West Professional Development Forum delegates, corporate partner representatives, speakers and all other guests, staff and visitors will be required to show proof of vaccination (or medical exemption) upon arrival/check-in at the venue. Once this has been completed guests will be provided with a wristband for the duration of their stay to avoid repeated requests to sight proof of vaccination.
